Welcome to Anavatos Publishing (anavatosstudios.com). These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products, printed books (paperbacks) and digital books (eBooks), from our online store. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
1. General
You confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. We may refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of our products or website without our written permission.
2. Products and pricing
We take care to show our books, their descriptions and cover art accurately, but we cannot promise that every detail is free of error. Prices may change without notice. Tax or VAT is calculated at checkout according to your location. We may limit sales of any product to any person, region or jurisdiction.
3. eBooks
When you buy an eBook we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and read the file on your own devices. You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, rent, upload or publicly display it. Unauthorised sharing is piracy and is protected against by copyright law.
eBooks are delivered immediately after purchase. By completing the purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw. eBook sales are therefore final, except where the law requires otherwise. See our Return and Refund Policy.
4. Paperbacks, shipping and returns
Printed books are shipped to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times, costs, customs duties and what happens if a book arrives damaged are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to return a paperback within 14 days of delivery, and how refunds work, is set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
Everything on this site, including book text, cover art, illustrations, logos, graphics and digital files, belongs to Anavatos Publishing and its authors and is protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Anavatos Publishing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Greek or European Union law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the applicable regulations of the European Union.
