eBooks
Nothing ships. Once your payment is confirmed you will see a download link on the confirmation page, and the same link arrives by email within a few minutes. If it has not arrived after an hour, check your spam folder, then write to us.
Paperbacks
We pack and hand your order to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days of your confirmation email. Weekends and Greek public holidays do not count. You will get a second email the moment it ships, with a tracking number. The number usually goes live within 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery times
These are the carrier’s estimates, counted from the day the book ships:
- Greece: 2 to 5 business days
- European Union: 5 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 21 business days
Carrier delays and customs checks can add time. We will always tell you what we know.
Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout from your address and the shipping method you choose. You see the full amount before you pay.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders outside the European Union may be charged import duties, VAT or handling fees by your country. These are set by your customs authority, not by us, and are paid by you on delivery. We cannot predict them or cover them.
Damaged or lost parcels
If the book arrives damaged, keep the packaging and the book as they are and email us at anavatospublishing@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or a refund. If tracking shows the parcel lost, write to us and we will chase the carrier and sort it out.
